Ordering Process • You’re checking out the Pen&Mouse Studio website and say to yourself, “Self, I have to have one of these great personalized works of art!” • Next you send an Email – Subject “Request for Art”, explaining what it is that you want. • I will send you a quote via Email with a PDF formatted questionnaire to fill out. • You complete the questions and mail the form with payment and reference photos to: Pen&Mouse Studio PO Box 812 Menomonee Falls WI 53052 • You patiently wait in the comfort of your home, while I take ordinary paper, ink and colors and turn them into personalized art. Product Timetable & Availability • Products produced by Pen&Mouse Studio are created with great care and attention to detail, therefore a project request may be denied based on availability. Each job will be completed on a first come / first serve basis which may not allow enough time for additional work in a specified time frame. • Each job completion time will be based on the amount of detail needed and will be factored from the time all reference materials and payments arrive. Purchase Agreement Commissioned art pieces are totally unique to each buyer; therefore the item must include full payment with the order. Larger projects however, can require a down payment of 50% with balances due on delivery of the final product. Checks will be cashed upon job completion but prior to time of shipment. Satisfaction Guaranteed Although you have viewed my samples and realize that each piece of art is an original representation of what the artist saw in his subject, if you are truly unsatisfied. I will refund your purchase price if the art is returned within 30 days. *Return postage is not included as part of the refunded price. *Wedding signs must be returned prior to wedding date and refund will be less a $15 lamination fee. Usage Purchased Designs. All purchased illustrations, renderings and designs are the sole property of the purchaser with one provision: Pen&Mouse Studio retains the right to use the image for self-promotional purposes. In that event, the image's owner will be clearly identified along with their copyright. Preliminary and Un-purchased Designs. Unless other arrangements are made, Pen&Mouse Studio retains all rights to all preliminary concepts, sketches, drawings and un-purchased design options. Warranty of Originality It goes without question, every illustrator is influenced by the work of other artists past and present.
